Groundbreaking Has Begun on a Smart Building in Elliniko-Argyroupoli, Greece

Lamda Development has broken ground with piling work underway at the The Riviera Tower in Elliniko-Argyroupoli, a municipality in the South Athens regional unit, Attica. It is set to be Greece‘s tallest building and completed by March 2026. The 198-meter Riviera Tower is just one aspect of The Ellinikon, a 6.2-million-square-meter master-planned urban regeneration project that aims to double the green space in the Athens Metropolitan Area. It is proposed to be a 15-minute city that will deliver residential, commercial, leisure, retail, dining, entertainment, and other offerings.

Designed by Foster + Partners, The Riviera Tower will feature one-to-five-bedroom residences and penthouses, offering residents expansive views with direct access to the beach and marina.

This project brings The Ellinikon Park, the largest coastal park in Europe, consisting of two million square meters of green space with over one million new trees and plants to Ellinkon.

The Riviera Galleria is set against the waterfront view of the Athenian Riviera. LEED Precertification at a GOLD level has been successfully completed for the Riviera Galleria.
