Ganzhou Baoneng Center is slated to be a landmark office building for Ganzhou's growing economy.

The lobby will have 12-meter high ceilings, and will be equipped with 10 Hitachi brand passenger elevators, which will travel at a rate of about 4-6 m/s. The 4.2-meter standard floor height design will result in a brightly-lit office space. An intelligent fresh air system will serve ventilation needs for the post-pandemic office.

The double-layer Low-e glass curtain wall results in good acoustics, insulation against heat, and UV protection. The flexible office spaces can accomodate the needs of small, medium, and large enterprises.

More than 1,200 commercial parking spaces will be provided for office tenants.

The Ganzhou Baoneng Center will include the Ganzhou Laihua Hotel, in addition to the office space.

The project is predicted to reach completion this year, in 2020.
