First Renderings Revealed for 32-story Las Vegas Project
Initial renderings of a high-rise residential condo building, Cello Tower, have been revealed. This will be the first building of its type built in the area in over a decade. With an expected completion in 2026, the building is slated to stand at 116 meters (379 feet).
The 32-story building will include 240 residences, eight penthouses, and 3,716 square meters (40,000 square feet) of amenities. Pricing for the one- and two-bedroom units will start at $700,000, while penthouses will start at $4.5 million.
The Cello Tower project will be located within the development project, Origin, a larger master-planned community for Symphony Park. The mixed-use development will include dining, public spaces, and retail. Cello Tower represents the second high-rise building announced for the project, following Symphony Park III, a 22-story building with 270 residences anticipated to be completed by 2025.
