A development application has been submitted for South City Square Stage 7. This will be the final residential tower in the South City Square complex. Stage 1, 2, and 3 have already been completed. Stage 4 of the complex is currently under construction.

This proposed project, as well as the other buildings in the complex, has been designed by DBI Design and Woods Bagot. The design that was submitted in the latest application for Stage 7 is slightly different that the design originally submitted with the master plan. The tower is planned to be 57.65 meters (189.1 feet) tall and will contain 15 stories.

Overall, the project will contain 152 apartments, most of which will be one-bedroom units. There will be three retail spaces on the ground level. On the rooftop, there will be a pool, dining, and a large area with artificial grass that will be used for fitness and mindfulness activities. Stage 7 will also connect with the community by featuring a public garden, called the Secret Garden.
