Exterior and Structural Progress Continues on Dubai Hotel

Ciel, a hotel in Dubai being developed by First Group, is on target for a 2024 completion. Set to reach 365 meters, the 82-story building will feature an observation deck on level 81.

Level 76 will offer an infinity pool and bar and other amenities. The tower’s 300-meter-tall interior atrium will be a standout feature with naturally ventilated terraces.

The building’s superstructure is 99% complete and MEP has reached the 80% completion mark in the building’s basement, podium floors, and stories. Facade bracket installation has been completed up until the 72nd story.
