Construction is rapidly progressing on the mixed-use MBL Residence, a 40-story residential tower built across 70,501 square meters of space. 

The project is being developed under a $71 million (AED260 million) deal with Ali Mousa & Sons Contracting. With 20 percent of its construction completed since July 2017, MBL Residence is on track to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2019.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG LD, said, “In line with our meticulous approach to timely project delivery, we are pleased to have concluded enabling works at MBL Residence in less than six months.

“Construction is continuing as planned and we are excited to see the development taking shape as the latest premium addition to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, where we will provide residents with the highly integrated, convenient and luxurious lifestyle that has become MAG’s signature.”

MBL Residence will feature 472 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as amenities including a gym with a steam room and sauna, a podium-level outdoor swimming pool and leisure deck, and a barbecue patio.
