The First Group announced that its planned Ciel Tower will be among the tallest hotels in the world when it’s completed at the Dubai Marina. Designed by NORR Group, it’s planned to open in early 2023. Gevora Hotel is the current tallest hotel in the world and is also located in Dubai. Ciel Tower may potentially take the title upon completion and certification by CTBUH.

The property is located right in front of Cayan Tower and near the Marina Walk, Marina Mall, as well as the Marina Towers station on the Dubai Metro. The 77-story, 360-meter building will have 1,209 suites and modern minimalist-style serviced residences. From their rooms, guests will be able to see the Palm Jumeirah archipelago and Bluewaters Island.

Other amenities include a glass observation deck with 360-degree views, a rooftop bar, infinity pool, fitness center, spa, sun deck, and four F&B outlets.
