Dubai Marina Adds New Residential Towers
Construction of Dubai’s Sparkle Towers has been completed, according to its developer Tebyan, built in collaboration with crystal giant Swarovski.
The twin-tower development, located in the Dubai Marina, consists of 29 and 14 stories respectively and is connected by a four-floor residential podium. The company said 75 units have been handed over, with 300 of the 373 apartments sold. They include luxury studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two penthouses.
Mohamed Faraj, Managing Director, Tebyan Real Estate Development, said “our decision to bring this property to market has been rewarded by the unwavering demand we’ve witnessed from both international and local buyers. Sparkle Towers offers an outstanding opportunity to own a luxurious property in one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations.”
Residents are welcomed into the towers via a marble entrance glittering with Swarovski crystals, while the residences are also accented by crystal-encrusted signage and door numbers.
Amenities include a fitness center and spa, temperature-controlled swimming pools, separate men’s and women’s jacuzzi and sauna areas, as well as a dedicated residents’ lounge.
Externally, residents can enjoy landscaped gardens, a children’s splash park and a play area. Valet parking, an on-demand limousine service, and 24-hour concierge and security will also be provided.
