The construction of the Al Habtoor Tower in Dubai has reached a significant milestone, with 33 percent of the work now completed. Located within Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, near the Dubai Water Canal and DIFC, the building is set to become a prominent feature of the Dubai skyline. The project has achieved this construction milestone within just one year of its construction start, marking a rapid pace of development.

The Al Habtoor Tower is being constructed using 100-meter-deep barette foundations, setting new industry benchmarks. The group has implemented an innovative six-day floor cycle time for above-ground construction, enhancing the efficiency and speed of the project. So far, the project has accumulated 2.5 million working hours.

Once completed, the high-rise will feature 24 high-speed elevators capable of traveling at 7 meters per second and will offer ultra-luxurious living with state-of-the-art amenities.

To ensure the highest global standards, the structural designs have been peer-reviewed by international engineering experts, including Imperial College London, Structural San Francisco, and SETEC France. The building also aims to achieve LEED Platinum Certification by incorporating innovative construction techniques to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable urban development.
