Developers Receive Approval for Melbourne Office High-rise Proposal

Approval has been given for a twin 28-story office project at 522-552 Flinders Lane in Melbourne’s CBD. Designed by Hassell Architects, the development will occupy a 3,196 square meter site and feature 40,695 square meters of open-plan office space and 688 square meters of co-working space.

Construction is set to start in Q3 next year with an estimated cost of $332 million AUD, and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027. The project includes a rooftop terrace, retail spaces, and basement parking for cars and bicycles.
