Megaworld, a developer of integrated urban townships in the Philippines, will launch two more residential projects in its 31-hectare Westside City township in Entertainment City in Parañaque in 2019.

The two residential developments, South Beach Place and Sunny Coast Residential Resort, will have around 1,900 residential units worth around PHP18 billion (US$342 million).

The 17-story South Beach Place will offer 582 units ranging from 32 to 61.5 square meters. All units will have either a balcony or a lanai area, providing views of Manila Bay and the Metro Manila skyline. It will provide direct access to the future Westside City Resorts World complex via footbridge.

The two towers of Sunny Coast Residential Resort will have 18 stories each, offering 1,309 residential units. Located along the Promenade with unobstructed views of the Manila Bay sunset, Sunny Coast Residential Resort offers units ranging from 41 to 111 square meters. All units will have balconies, while select one-bedroom units will have bi-level balconies.

South Beach Place and Sunny Coast Residential Resort are expected to be completed in 2023.

The PHP121 billion (US$2.3 billion) Westside City township will be established on 31 hectares within Entertainment City. Megaworld has committed to invest PHP64 billion (US$1.2 billion) to build Westside City within 10 years. Travelers International Hotels Group, the developer and operator of the Resorts World brand in the Philippines, has committed to invest PHP57 billion (US$1.1 billion) to build the Westside City Resorts World complex.
