A 23-story residential condominium in Bulacan has been proposed by MEGAWORLD Corp. Called 9 Central Park and located within the company's 85-hectare Northwin Global City township, it is expected to bring in P2.2 billion (US$34,934,400) in sales and reach completion in 2027.

The 478 units offered will range from 35.5-square-meter spaces to 100 square meters. It will also offer units that are linked together that are called "TwinFlex" units, ranging in size from 127.5 square meters to 139.5 square meters. 

The tower's energy-efficiency features will include occupany sensors that will help conserve energy, harvest rainwater, and recover materials.
