Malaysian property developer Gamuda Land has filed plans for an 18-story residential tower in St Kilda, which will be the developer's third project in the area in four years.

Gamuda presented to the local council that it is proposing 78 apartments in a mixed-use tower, which would reach 62 meters at 95 St Kilda Road. Gamuda paid AU$9.75 million (US$6.63 million) for the 945-square-meter site in the summer of 2022. The project is part of the firm's commitment to deliver 1,000 homes to the Australian market over the next five years.

In July of 2022 the development group announced plans for an AU$180-million (US$122-million), 200-apartment mixed-use project for a 2,600-square-meter site in Melbourne’s Fishermans Bend.
