Unveiled at the Ayala Land's annual stockholders’ meeting, the company is expanding its ultra-luxury portfolio with a new high-rise project called, Laurean. This is following the success of another property, 51-story Park Villas in Makati City, where units sell for over ₱500 million. The building will rise on a 5,000-square-meter site in Makati’s central business district and will be designed as a resort- and wellness-themed urban sanctuary, offering a wider range of units than the previously completed Park Villas, while maintaining bespoke quality.

Ayala Land president and CEO Anna Ma. Margarita Dy described Laurean as part of the company’s next-generation offerings, with over half a hectare dedicated to resort-style amenities, wellness facilities, and lounges. It will continue the company’s push into its highest-end segment, above Ayala Land Premier, internally branded as “Ayala Land Premier Signature” and aimed at the ultra-wealthy.
