Designs for 48-Story Luxury Residences in Miami Design District are Revealed

Plans have been unveiled for a new 48-story residential high-rise in Miami's Design District that will be in collaboration with celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The building named the Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences will feature 329 condominium units and a 27,500-square-foot (2,555-square-meter) retail space on the ground floor that will also include a Jean-Georges restaurant.

The residences are designed with a focus on culinary experiences, aligning with Vongerichten’s vision. The development will also offer amenities such as an in-house podcast studio, bar and lounge, juice bar, spa and outdoor gathering spaces set within a tropical landscape featuring native plants.
