Design for New Tower in Hong Kong Revealed
CK Asset Holdings, the property developer founded by tycoon Li Ka-shing, has revealed the design of its new skyscraper, Cheung Kong Center II (CKC II), in the business area of Central.
The 41-story skyscraper is a redevelopment of the existing site of the 23-story Hutchison House that was demolished in 2019. The tower will add 51,096.7 square meters (550,000 square feet) of prime Grade A office space.
It is set to be completed in 2023.
