A 120-meter tall office tower is planned for a site just behind the Shibuyu Hikarie building, in the Shibuya Station area of central Tokyo.

The 30 billion Yen (US$278 million) project will see the construction of a 23-story office building with a total floor area of 44,000 square meters. Construction is scheduled to start late in 2020 with completion by May 2024.

The building will be about 60 meters shorter than neighboring Shibuyu Hikarie at 180 meters tall. It will replace the Shionogi Shibuya Building—at 13 stories built in 1980, along with the other smaller buildings. This building was designed by Sakakura Associates architects and engineers. It will be an example of energy- and resource-saving design. The V-shaped building will have windows facing a center courtyard in order to reduce solar radiation.
