A 59-story luxury tower that will comprise seven podiums is in development in Dubai. The project called, the Verde bt Sobha, has been a deal inked with Soba Realty and Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) for the project, which will be Sobha’s first in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) district. 

Units will range from one- to three-bedroom apartments. 

Multiple projects are currently in the works at JLT. Another project is Viewz, a dual-building complex that will comprise both luxury apartments and “sky villas” with a development value exceed Dh1.4 billion. It will feature Aston Martin-furnished interiors and was launched in partnership with DMCC.
