Permasteelisa Group has secured a contract to engineer, supply, and install the facade for the 50 Fenchurch Street office tower being built by Multiplex.. Gartner, a specialist brand under the Permasteelisa Group, is partnering with Permasteelisa UK on a new 36-story tower in London designed by Eric Parry Architects. The project is positioned to become one of the country’s most environmentally sustainable and biodiverse high-rises.

The high-rise will incorporate Permasteelisa’s Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) system, a high-performance envelope technology featuring integrated automated blinds. This system is designed to optimize natural daylight while managing solar gain, contributing to the building's goal of achieving net-zero operational emissions. Lower floors of the development, including a new Clothworkers’ Hall, will use a double-height stick façade system. These sections will feature terracotta-clad columns and hand-set stone detailing to complement the tower’s modern design with traditional craftsmanship.
