Construction Started for 54-Story Residential in Tokyo

CTBUH has confirmed that construction has started for the Toyomi District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project Tower 1 and 2 that will each reach 189 meters. 

Located a 10-minute walk from Kachidoki Station on the Toei Oedo Line to the southwest side (sea side) of Kiyosumi Street, the combined scale of the two buildings is on a site area of 15,901.57 square meters, a building area of 6,323.70 square meters, and a total floor area of 228,080.52 square meters.

The building is owned by the Toyomi District Urban Redevelopment Association and the designer and builder are Shimizu Corporation. The building is expected to allow occupancy in late June 2027.
