On 1 December 2021, construction began on Shibuya Chome 17 District Urban Redevelopment in Shibuya City, Tokyo. The project is located near the Shibuya station and the Shuto Expressway. This site previously held a 13-story building that began being demolished December 2020. Currently, the project is scheduled to open in the first half of 2024. During the construction, artwork from eight different artists will be displayed on the site with the theme of “city transition.”

This project will rise 23 stories. The lower four levels will contain retail and the lowest level will be integrated with an open plaza. The remaining floors will provide office space. There will be a total leasable area of about 24,950 square meters (268,600 square feet), where each floor is typically 1,325 square meters (14,260 square feet).
