The building will house 363 fully furnished units ranging from studios to six-bedroom layouts. Apartments will include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood-style floors. Residents will have access to high-speed internet, cable, and technology-focused common areas. Amenities include a rooftop area with a pool, hot tub, and lounge, along with 24-hour study lounges, a computer lab, a sauna, and a fitness center.
