Building permits have been issued for new space with office and residential functions that will be added to the Olivia Centre mixed-use complex in Gdańsk.

Like Olivia Prime in the complex, the new buildings will rise over 50 meters tall. The first, which will be designed for long-term institutional rental (PRS), has been tentatively dubbed Olivia Nord, due to its northward position. It is set to have 17 floors and 151 residences as well as a public terrace on the fourth story. The other building dubbed Olivia Nova, will deliver 20,000 square meters of office and service space and will rise 15 stories.

Tenants of the office space in the complex include Amazon, Bayer, Capgemini, Deloitte, Energa, EPAM, Fujifilm, Lyreco, Medicover, Nike, Nordea, PwC, Ricoh, Sii and thyssenkrupp. The investor behind the project and its owner is Maciej Grabski.
