In Dubai, the Tiara United Towers have been completed at a height of 193 meters and 46 floors.

The residential complex in Business Bay provides 424 units in the East tower and 425 units in the West tower. The apartments range from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom duplexes with private pools.

Located along Sheikh Zayed Road, the project has a view of Burj Khalifa, downtown Dubai, and the Dubai Water Canal. Amenities include a gymnasium and a swimming pool.

Waslproperties will begin by leasing the units in the East tower. Rental prices at the development start from AED 57,000 (US$15,500) for a one-bedroom apartment and AED 251,000 (US$ 68,000) for a four-bedroom duplex.
