China Construction Science and Industry has won the bid for the T107-0107 project in Houhai, Shenzhen—a high-end residential development by China Resources Land and China Overseas Real Estate. Set to become a key gateway landmark to Shenzhen Bay, the project will showcase advanced steel structure technologies to elevate residential quality and serve as a model for modern housing.

Occupying a 35,000-square-meter site with a total floor area of 390,000 square meters, the development spans both sides of Dengliang Road and will include four supertall residential towers, one supertall apartment building, over 10,000 square meters of retail, and a full range of public amenities including a kindergarten, cultural center, senior day care, and childcare facilities. The design aims to create an "open block + high-quality residence" in Houhai’s central district, one of Shenzhen’s most mature business zones.

Located near major corporate headquarters and top-tier urban amenities such as Shenzhen Bay Talent Park and the Cultural Plaza, the site is among the last scarce residential plots in this core area. The project will leverage China Construction Science and Industry’s GS-Building system for prefabricated steel structures and its ME-House modular system, supported by one of China’s most advanced automated production lines, enabling efficient, high-quality construction through large-scale industrial manufacturing methods.
