Construction is complete on One Willoughby Square, a 35-story commercial skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by JEMB Realty, the 552-foot-tall (168.3-meter-tall) structure yields 500,000 square feet (46,451 square meters) of Class A office space.

Gilbane Building Company was the general contractor for the property, which is also known as 420 Albee Square.

Façade installation was still finishing up in May 2021, particularly on the western-projecting wing, which features a shaded, pixelated pattern. A 30-foot-tall (9.1-meter-tall) lobby faces Duffield Street, which is topped with a six-story public elementary school, office space for anchor tenant FXCollaborative, and other tenants including the Ms. Foundation for Women.
