A 41-story residential building is planned for Burnaby, outside of Vancouver. Designed by Gensler, the building features an off-center atrium on the 15th floor, which houses communal amenities.

Developed by Bosa Properties, Central Park House will deliver 355 residences, each which will have a den to accommodate post-pandemic work-from-home needs. Entry to the building will also be touchless.
