Building Permit Issued for Iconic Tower in Elliniko-Argyroupoli

The building permit for the Riviera Tower in Elliniko-Argyroupoli, Greece has been issued, according to an announcement by Lamda Development. The start of construction work on 198 meter (650 foot) tower will be able to commence. The architectural design has been done by the international architectural office of “Foster+Partners” in collaboration with the “Alexandros N. Tombazis SA” and is part of the Ellinikon Masterplan development. Accordingly, the static and electromechanical studies have been prepared by Buro Happold based in London, with the assistance of local partners.

Designs previously released by Lamda Development highlight green and water features, natural light and unobstructed sea views.
