Building in Bratislava Receives Usage Approval
On 7 November, J&T Real Estate announced that the 168-meter Eurovea Tower in Bratislava has received usage approval and marks that it has reached completion status. It is the tallest building in Slovakia and was successfully completed in less than four years after obtaining the building permit. Only apartment interiors and common areas need to be finished before properties are handed over in spring 2024.
The 46-floor Eurovea Tower is the last part of expansion of the popular waterfront area, which includes the extended Eurovea shopping centre, Pribinova 34 and Pribinova 40 office buildings, Riverside waterfront residences, and large public spaces.
The skyscraper has become the city’s new landmark. Construction progress was closely followed by both professionals and the public via a digital display showing the currently built floor. Award-winning director Jaroslav Vojtek led a behind-the-scenes documentary about the building, which will be released next year.
The skyscraper’s residences have generated very high interest with 90 percent of the 408 homes already sold, while over 30 apartments with unique views are being prepared for sale.
