Work has begun on the 22-story Pall Mall Press apartments build-to-rent building being developed by Ridgeback Group in Liverpool. Designed by Falconer Chester Hall, the 280,000 square foot project will deliver 336 studio and one- and two-bedroom apartments. 

Located at 30-36 Prussia Street, the project will consist of two linked apartment blocks, of 10- and 22-stories. A variety of sustainable components will include green roofs to recycle rainwater, solar panels, and ample access to natural light. The apartments will also have private garden spaces.

Project completion is anticipated by October 2023.
