Molson Coors, a beer company, is looking to lease 70,000 square feet (6,503 square meters) of space in BMO Tower for its new headquarters. The company is joining a larger trend of shedding unwanted office space and is making moves to transfer its headquarters to one of Chicago's newest office towers. BMO Tower is about 52 stories in height and opened at 320 Canal Street in 2022. 

The new space would be smaller than Molson Coors current set up of 167,000 square feet (15,514 square meters) at 250 S Wacker Drive.
