The Saha Capital Tower Co., Ltd., held a ceremonial laying of the foundation stone for construction of KingBridge Tower in Bangkok. The planned commercial office building on Rama III Road will focus on quality of life.

Upon completion, KingBridge Tower will contain office spaces, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, healthy canteen, vertical garden, running tracks, and rooftop restaurant. The building is designed by Architects 49 Limited and will be built by Thai Obayashi Corporation Limited.

The KingBridge Tower will deliver a total area of over 85,000 square meters on a land plot of over one hectare (six rai). The project is targeting LEED Gold and 3-Star Fitwel certification.

The building plans to deploy an IoT system in office and common spaces, an AI-based facial recognition system, EV charging stations. The building’s façade will incorporate photovoltaics.  Parts of the building could also be turned into an event space if needed.

Construction is expected to be completed in 2024.
