In downtown Austin’s Rainey Street District, the condo tower at 44 East Avenue by developers Intracorp has officially celebrated its topping out.

The 49-floor project designed by Page is scheduled to reach completion in summer 2022. It will deliver 322 residences.

The development is one of the major sources of funding for the Rainey Street Trailhead project fro the Trail Foundation, planned on the large piece of parkland just south of the tower.
