Atago Green Hills will be the recipient of a new 160-meter-tall apartment tower that would potentially reach 43 stories on a 2,910-square-meter site. Completion would be expected in the early 2030s.

The developer is the semi-governmental Urban Renaissance Agency.

The high-rise will be located directly across the street from the 157-meter-tall Atago Green Hills Forest Tower, a 42-story, 382-unit rental apartment building. Current rents in this building are averaging ¥9,000 per square meter (29,745 Yen per tsubo), which is 7.5 percent higher than the average price advertised a year ago.
