Apartment Building with 712 Units Under Construction in Osaka
A conceptual rendering of the tentatively-named Osaka City Yodogawa Ward Juso Higashi Project (formerly the Yodogawa Ward Office Site Utilization Project) has been released. The project is under construction near Hankyu Juso Station. A residential apartment complex with 39 stories above ground and a height of about 144 meters will be built on the east site, and a vocational school with nine stories above ground and a height of about 40 meters will be built on the west site.
The scale of the tower apartment on the east site is proposed to have a site area of 7,274 square meters and a construction area of 4,550 square meters, and a total floor area of 84,300 square meters.
The total number of units will be 712, and the project will be built by Hankyu Hanshin Real Estate, The designer is Kajima Corporation, Rui Design Office, and the construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of May 2026 by the joint venture of Kajima and Takamatsu.
Stores, libraries, school facilities, etc. will be located on the lower floors of the tower apartment built on the east site, with residential units starting on the 4th floor.
On the first floor there will be a store space with a supermarket.
