A new project in Turkey is for sale. The project, Cubes Ankara, was implemented by Vakıf GYO, a subsidiary of Vakıfbank and Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ). They have invested 1.35 liras (US$142 million) into the project and now are putting it up for sale. The design of the project was part of Vakıf GYO’s 25th anniversary.

The project looks to satisfy both the needs of its future residents and the surrounding areas. The site area totals 217,000 square meters (2.3 million square feet). The complex will contain two buildings. The first building, Cubes Ankara A Blok, is designed to have 38 floors where as the second building, Cubes Ankara B Blok, is smaller with only 29 floors.

Located in the Çukurambar neighborhood of Ankara, Turkey’s capital, the proposed project aims to provide both social and cultural services. The design consists of residential, office, and social spaces. There will also be restaurants and shopping centers in the project. A jogging track and swimming pool will be inside the buildings while a fitness center will be located on the rooftop.
