In Croydon at the former Taberner House site, Malcolm Wicks House and Bloom House have reached practical completion.

Malcolm Wicks House is a 21-story residential building, delivering 90 affordable apartments. Nearby, Bloom House features a communal garden for residents and 84 residences across 13 stories. The entire Taberner House complex is due to complete early next year, including two further residential buildings, new public realm, and the revitalized Queen’s Gardens.

The site is located in central Croydon, opposite the Croydon Council offices and near to Croydon Town Hall. The project is part of a 513-residence regeneration of the Taberner House site. There are currently around 5,000 families on the Croydon Council housing waiting list.
