Cluttons Middle East has become the sole property manager and leasing agent for Fakhro Tower, which the firm says is one of the key commercial office buildings in Manama. The tower is located opposite Bahrain City Centre Mall and is said to be one of the most sought-after commercial buildings in the city. 

According to a statement, the firm is handling commercial space leasing, as well as offering facilities management services in addition to marketing and PR for the property. The appointment follows Cluttons ME’s acquisition by real estate firm Savills. 

Commenting on the agreement, Leanne Lobo, Bahrain’s head of agency said, “The long-term regional expertise of the Cluttons ME team, combined with the additional strength of the international Savills service offering, has contributed to this successful agreement. With a prime location, coastal and city views, plus attractive rental figures and terms, Fakhro Tower serves as the benchmark for those seeking an office in the heart of Bahrain.” 

The firm says that it has already leased out 350 square meters of commercial space, with ongoing discussions on a further two large offices. 

“The building provides comprehensive amenities, parking allocation, reception and common areas, while larger organizations can take advantage of the opportunity to lease full floors or even multiple floors. Each level is serviced by four high speed passenger elevators, and dedicated service and car park elevators,” Lobo commented.
