CentreCourt is bringing a 52-story residential tower near Dundas Square in Toronto. 252 Church Street is steps away from Ryerson University, the Toronto Eaton Centre, and Dundas Station, and within a walking distance from the Financial District.

The IBI Group-designed building features a windowed tile pattern across its façades. Every “tile” is distinguished by a thick white border, making each individual one stand out. The condo will house a total of 681 residential units, ranging in area from 27 to 65 square meters (300 to 700 square feet) with bachelor units, one-bedroom, one-bed-plus-den, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-plus-den suites all available. Some podium units will feature rooftop terraces on levels three, four, and five. The base of the building is planned to welcome retail fronting onto both Church and Dundas Streets.

The building will also offer a total of 1,672 square meters (18,000 square feet) of amenity space on the third and fourth level. Level three will be entirely dedicated to indoor amenity space, with 808 square meters (8,700 square feet) of outdoor space on the north west corner, featuring multiple barbecues and dining areas. The interior amenities will consist of a co-working space, a game room and lounge, and a 520-square-meter (5,600-square-foot) fitness studio. The fitness studio will include a CrossFit studio and a specially designated Peloton lounge.

Because of its central location, the building is not only within walking distance of many frequently visited city spots, but is also connected by transit: 252 Church will sit 300 meters from Dundas subway station on the Yonge-University line for north-south travel, while the Dundas streetcar also passes right past the building, stopping at Church Street, travelling east-west.
