A 392-Unit Luxury High-Rise is Being Introduced to the Market in San Francisco

29 November 2018 | San Francisco, United States

The latest luxury high-rise to join the ranks of recently announced and opened residences, which include The Harrison, 181 Fremont, The Avery and One Steuart Lan, is Mira. Developed by Tishman Speyer, the 40-story building is located on the corner of Spear and Folsom. The project is underway with occupancy slated for late 2019. Recently, Mira opened its sales gallery one block away from the construction site of the new 400-foot (121-meter) tower.

Prospective homeowners can look forward to one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos and townhouses with gorgeous views of the bay and city. The award-winning architecture firm, Studio Gang, designed the 392 modern units. “We have designed the homes at Mira to be a seamless extension of the architecture, and I am excited to share those interior spaces with the opening of the new sales gallery,” Jeanne Gang, a founding principal of Studio Gang, said in a statement. “The bay windows that make up the dynamic façade create welcoming architectural spaces inside, offering fresh air, expansive views, and changing qualities of light throughout the day in every home.”

The building features a variety of amenities including a fitness center, vehicle charging stations, and bike parking. Homeowners will have access to a private dining room with outdoor deck and barbecue, conference room, children’s playroom, landscaped courtyard, and rooftop lounge areas. The building will have over 10,000 square feet (3,048 square meters) of street-level retail and access to the Transbay terminal, the waterfront, and the new Salesforce Park.
