In Maebashi, a city in Japan’s Kantō region, a 27-story apartment tower is under construction. Brillia Tower Maebashi, situated near the train station, will provide north-facing views overlooking the nearby mountains, such as Mount Akagi. At 93 meters, it will be among the tallest tower condominiums in Maebashi City, with a total of 203 units. With no nearby tall buildings except the Gunma Prefectural Government Building in the distance, unobstructed views will be available from as low as the fifth floor.

Adjacent to the building and connected to the apartment tower on three floors will be a parking structure with 213 parking spots.

A commercial facility will be located on the first floor on the west side of the building, and a child-rearing support facility owned by Maebashi City will be located on the second floor. In addition, a party room, a kids’ room, a working lounge, and a working booth will be set up as shared facilities on the second floor of the high-rise building.

The structure is reinforced concrete with a steel frame with seismic isolation. The total building area is 2,635 square meters, with a total floor area of 28,991 square meters.

The project is scheduled to be completed by late June 2024.
