Cortland, the 51-story residential tower and part of Renaker’s newest development, Colliers Yard, has officially topped out 152.5 meters (500 feet).

The achievement marked an exciting step in the wider Greengate masterplan and Salford City Council’s Cultural ambition; to deliver an aspirational neighborhood to both Salford and Manchester City Center.

Colliers Yard will be a new and vibrant neighborhood comprised of three towers each with new, high-quality homes, first-class amenities for residents, and designed with a high-quality public realm.
