The city of Balneário Camboriú has approved a 544 meter skyscraper, the Triumph Tower.  The residential building developed by FG Empreendimentos will have over 100 floors and will be situated on the waterfront in Barra Sul, to be joining the ranks of some of South America's tallest buildings, also located there–the 294-meter Yachthouse by Pininfarina Towers and the 290-meter One Tower.

The project, approved on June 17, 2024, includes a built area of nearly 150,000 square meters and follows the approval of the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV) in 2022. Triumph Tower incorporates city instruments like onerous grants and created soil to exceed Master Plan limits, although specific counterparts remain undisclosed. Balneário Camboriú's unique skyline, featuring six of Brazil's tallest residential buildings, results from a model of urban development admired nationwide, with property values exceeding R$ 13,000 per square meter. No official images of the approach have been released and FG has commented that this will happen at the launch.
