Una Residences, a 47-story waterfront residential development, reached its full height of 613 feet. Designed in collaboration between renowned firms Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill (AS+GG) and Revuelta Architecture International, the building is located at 175 Southeast 25th Road in the secluded South Brickell enclave.

Offering 135 condominiums with unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, Key Biscayne, and the Downtown Miami skyline, layout range from two to five bedrooms, spanning from 1,100  to 4,786 square feet (102 to 445 square meters). The development also boasts two upper tri-level penthouses, each approximately 7,089 square feet (659 square meters), featuring expansive outdoor terrace and rooftop spaces complete with private pools, a summer kitchen, sauna, and steam room. This ultra-luxury project has seen robust pre-sales with a near-complete sell-out. Notably, in 2022, the sale of the two upper tri-level penthouses set a new record for condominium sales in Brickell, each fetching $17.75 million USD.

An array of amenities, including a private marina, three swimming pools, a children's splash pad area, movie theater, spa, fitness center, and onsite dining are part of the draw. Exclusive membership to the Grand Bay Club on Key Biscayne further enhances the luxurious lifestyle offered.

A team of expert engineers, architects, and contractors has ensured the seamless realization of Una Residences' vision and includes DeSimone Consulting Engineers.

The building is planned to open in early 2025.
