Dubai-based developer Binghatti has launched Binghatti Royale, a new 47-floor residential high-rise in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), featuring a circular design. The tower will offer 354 units, including one to three-bedroom apartments, and 16 retail spaces.

The project will include amenities such as an infinity pool, private suite pools, an outdoor gym, and tennis courts, along with social spaces like a juice bar and outdoor dining area. Construction is progressing, with completion expected in the second half of 2025.
