Planning consent for a 30-story student high-rise in Park Royal, west London has been approved by the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation. Located just to the north of Acton Town Centre, the full scheme will provide 888 studio units for students, amenity and teaching spaces, 2,000 square meters of workspace, and 32 affordable homes.

Consisting of two buildings, the design has a main triangular high-rise on Park Royal Road and a smaller nine-story block to the south that will contain the affordable housing and commercial space. The designs further plan to enhance green public spaces and revitalize the area with upgraded travel connections and urban streeet frontages.
