The second phase of an office complex in Warsaw is Skanska's latest investment and will add a gross leasable area of around 26,600 square meters. The second phase includes a 27-story building, named Studio A and will also have four underground levels (built earlier, during the first phase), with parking space designed to accommodate 203 cars.

Construction of the two-phase Studio complex began in August 2021. The first phase, with a 70-meter building named Studio B, was completed in November 2023. The project is very well-connected to other parts of the city and is being developed between the Rondo DaszyƄskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations, from which it is only a few minutes’ walk away. Easy and convenient access to the complex is also ensured by bus and tram stops located nearby. In addition, cyclists will be provided with 105 bike stands.
