Real estate developer Danube Properties unveiled a 101-story residential high-rise that will sit amongst other notable skyscrapers in the city of Dubai. The Bayz101 will be located in Business Bay, close to the Burj Khalifa, and promises to deliver 1,346 homes.

The property will offer a diverse range of living spaces, including studio apartments, 1-,2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, and retail options, catering to a variety of lifestyle needs. Bayz101 will offer more than 40 amenities to residents and includes a health club, swimming pool, jogging track, working space, business center, sky bar, and doctors on call.

Danube Properties launched seven projects in 2023, including Viewz, Fashionz, Elitz, Oceanz, Sportz, and Eleganz, in collaboration with renowned luxury brands like Aston Martin, FashionTV, and Tonino Lamborghini Casa.

The project is expected to be completed in 2028.
