The Global Walking Tours have been held since 2014 to celebrate urban habitat aspects that make cities great. This year's theme is "Towers & Transit" - touring tall buildings and their related transit infrastructure. The tour will follow along both sides of the Huangpu River, Xuhui Riverside and Pudong Qiantan area.

Located along the Huangpu River, the Xuhui Riverside District is one of Shanghai’s core areas under development. The first building is Lumina Shanghai which is the first in the Lumina Collection of Henderson Land Group's prestigious commercial properties.This project consists of 2 phases and total expecting area covers 400,000m2. This expecting height of phase one Tower at 280m will become a landmark that will stand the test of time.
