The CTBUH Philadelphia Chapter is thrilled to offer a presentation and tour of one of the city's most illustrious new mixed-use developments. Set in Philadelphia's cultural district along Avenue of the Arts, Arthaus is a 47-story, 400,000 square foot residential tower featuring 108 luxury condominiums and tenant amenities over a retail podium. The building, with a distinctive design featuring four rectangular volumes, provides dramatic views of the Kimmel Center and city beyond. Join us as the architect, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, PC, and structural engineer, The Harman Group, now IMEG Corp., provide insights into the design, and the Dranoff Properties team lead a tour of the building.
